The designer of the Nuzul Al Salam Hotel in Muharrak, Bahrain – Ammar Bashir, he has created the interiors of more than a hundred palaces for the royal families of the Middle East and dozens of other projects around the world. The hotel is located in a traditional oriental building with a courtyard. There are six suites, each with its own color scheme. Coral, blue, green and yellow rooms are furnished with modern furnishings, complemented by oriental accessories, plants and wallpaper with floral prints. The designer’s team paid special attention to textiles: velvet, fringe, silk and hand-made tapestries with scenes from the Epic of Gilgamesh transport the guests to an oriental fairy tale. The magical courtyard can be reached by descending an amazing solid oak staircase. The courtyard is decorated with lemon and orange trees, beautiful garden furniture and tiles made by local craftsmen. A wonderful place where tradition and local flavor meet modern design.
