Apartments with smart and original solutions for the use of a small space are always attractive. Especially when they are nearby, and not somewhere out there, abroad – like this bright modern apartment for a young family in Kiev. At first glance, it’s hard to believe that there is only 45 sq. m. – crossing the threshold of the house you find yourself in a spacious living room combined with a kitchen. Since the host family has a small child, a separate bedroom was an important wish. However, given the limited area and the original layout, this task was practically impossible. But the designers made the impossible out of it and equipped a tiny (7 sq. M.), But such a pleasant and necessary private area. Great!
