Riach Architects completely remodeled this mansion Victorian era, located in the UK. The five-story building has changed both inside and out; and although the old three-story façade has remained the same, the house has a backyard annex that houses two more residential levels. The main building is dominated by a modern interpretation of the classics: a fireplace, bright vintage armchairs, fashionable chandeliers. The annex, which houses the kitchen, dining area and living room, has a pleasant atmosphere of loft and lounge styles: lots of space and light, huge wall clock, red bar stools. On the basement floor there is a recreation area: soft pillows for watching movies and video games, billiards, board games. The English backyard is simple and elegant. Neat flower beds and neatly trimmed bushes are a great view for dining on the veranda. Style, antiquity, new trends, classics, fun, chic, elegance – this house has it all!
