In 2011, singer Holly Williams and artist Chris Coleman set out to find their dream home. They really liked their spacious loft in Nashville, USA, but the young couple definitely wanted to add some old charm to their homes. When they first saw the place, they realized that a spacious old house with two fireplaces was what they were looking for. Holly also really wanted the interior to be timeless, and the interior items to be unique, “with history.” The finishes are mostly neutral black and white, with elegant orange and red color accents. It would be difficult to imagine a house of creative people without a wall, which is one large canvas for drawing with crayons. The lamps, reminiscent of the steam-punk style, very favorably emphasized the kitchen with a fireplace, reminiscent of the kitchens in the large aristocratic houses of England of the century before last. This whole house is full of amazing things that tell both the personal stories of the owners and remind of the spirit of bygone eras. Great project!
