This small spa house in Mallorca has recently been given a new lease of life thanks to a clever renovation by local designers. The interior has now become as modern and minimalistic as possible, but thanks to the stone walls and ceiling beams that remind of the building’s age, it seems warmer and more comfortable. I like how the authors of the project coped with the limited layout in the form of small rooms – every centimeter of space is used as efficiently as possible. Great house!
