A dark apartment in a 1957 building in Tel Aviv literally came to life after a redesign from the studio Dori Interior Design. Israel has many sunny days, and such an advantage should have been taken advantage of when designing an interior. A lot of light enters the house through large windows, the interior is not overloaded with curtains and bulky furniture, so nothing prevents the sun’s rays from filling the rooms. The furniture is minimalistic and consists mainly of geometric shapes – this simplicity suits this room very well. A long wardrobe is located along the elongated corridor, which also houses the doors to the bedrooms. One of them has a very unusual shower: a glass cabin is literally a meter away from the bed. The issue of decorative lighting has been resolved in a very unusual way – light ribbons form geometric shapes on a blue background. The play with light continues on the veranda, the fence of which consists of rectangles of different shapes – when the sun rises or sets on the veranda floor, amazing shadows play. Interior designers have brilliantly shown how, with the help of the usual geometric shapes and imagination, you can turn an apartment into a stylish and modern living space.!
