Designer Jane Hallworth breathes new life into House 1950s in West Hollywood. It all started with the fact that the owners just wanted to find carpet for the stairs so that it would be easier for their adult dog to climb to the second floor. But the replacement of carpets led to the alteration of the entire first floor. The owners of the house have a rich and interesting collection of paintings and objects, and according to the designer, such details needed an appropriate setting. The renewed space has acquired character and has become more expressive: deep shades of olive, gray and brown harmonize with furniture of unusual shapes and bright accents. One of the most daring and brilliant ideas – brass panels on the wall and adjoining marble fireplace with a relief pattern. The hallway area, on the contrary, turned out to be light and voluminous – due to the white walls and windows under the ceiling. A similar mood reigns in the backyard, where a fountain adorns the area near the house. Beautiful and multifaceted interior!
