The family of the owners of this home recently decided to move closer to nature from the bustling New York, where they have lived for the past years. The choice fell on a quiet village on the Hudson River – here, according to the family, the ideal conditions for their two children, as well as still good communication with the big city. Here they found a wonderful wooden cottage built back in the 19th century, which the designer Becca Casey masterfully brought back to life. The interiors of the house are quite simple, but incredibly cozy – the formula “light base + natural materials” works very well here. We look!
