Can Ya Help A Brother Out?
For 2009 - A New Kind of Workshop
(means we need a new kind of host)

We are making some changes for 2009! We will announce the official updates once we get the DVD launched this summer. In the meantime, we can tell you that we will reduce the number of cities we travel to next year and will offer a more comprehensive workshop to equip photographers with the essential tools needed for this industry.

As we prepare for this new season of workshops, we are looking for people who are willing to partner with us to bring this new intensive version to their city. We are looking for a "new kind of host" to act as our eyes, ears and feet on the ground to help us make the event run smoothly. To get ready for these events, we will need to locate and reserve a photographer’s studio (large) or a hip venue in a city center for 2 to 3 consecutive days during the week.

The cities outside of Atlanta we aim to target in 2009 include:
Miami
Las Vegas
Seattle / Portland
Dallas / Houston
Santa Barbara / LA
NYC
Chicago / Indianapolis

International cities we are considering:
Dubai
Vancouver
Toronto
Sydney, AU / Wellington, NZ
Dublin
London

If you are located in one of these cities and are interested in helping us, please email Kara, our OneLight coordinator and let her know what city you are in (include in the subject line of your email, please!).  For your assistance, you will attend the workshop at no charge. This won't cost you a dime (but will require a bit of your time).

If you don't live in one of these cities, fear not! The OneLight DVD will launch this summer so you will still have access to a wealth of information and resources.
In addition to our new intensive workshop, we are planning an alternative event for those of you who live in smaller cities.  We will announce these details later this summer as well.

Kara Of Kanada...
Kara is the first point of contact for the OneLight Workshop. She works with hosts to coordinate the locations and details necessary to make the OneLight happen in each city. She also makes sure that Zack gets on the right plane at the right time for the right price.
When she's not OneLight-ing, she works in graphic design, branding, writing and photography. And if she's not doing that, she's likely longing to travel, eat good food, read good books, watch good films and be with good people.
